Buenaley offers personalized legal services. Services can be contracted by:
- Individuals (consumers)
- Self-employed professionals
- Companies

Each service includes professional assistance, document handling, and, when necessary, representation before the relevant authorities.

3. ✅ Terms of contracting
- To use our services, the User must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to contract.
- If acting on behalf of a company or third party, the User declares they are properly authorized to do so.
- The contracting process is done online, requiring acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- The User agrees to provide accurate, updated, and complete information.

4. 💳 Pricing and payment
- All prices include taxes, unless otherwise indicated.
- Payment is made in advance via debit or credit card or other methods available on the Website.
- Once payment is confirmed, Buenaley will begin delivering the contracted service.

5. 🔁 Cancellations and refunds
- You may request to cancel your order if the service has not yet started. In that case, we will refund the full amount.
- If we have already started the service, the fee will not be refundable, unless the service explicitly includes a money-back guarantee. This guarantee does not apply when delays or issues are caused by the User, such as missing or incorrect documentation.
- If a money-back guarantee applies, it will be clearly indicated on the corresponding service page or in the confirmation email.
- To cancel or request a refund, email us at hola@buenaley.es with your reason for the request.

6. 📩 Communications
- We will send service-related notifications via email or the communication channels you provide (such as WhatsApp).
- The User is responsible for keeping their contact information up to date.

7. ⚠️ Liability
- Buenaley is not responsible for errors in the information provided by the User or for delays or denials caused by third parties (such as public administrations or notaries).
- We are not liable for indirect damages or lost opportunities.
- It is the User’s responsibility to review and confirm the accuracy of their information before submitting any formal application.

8. 🛡️ Data Protection
- Personal data will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- The User can exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion and others by sending an email to hola@buenaley.es.

9. 🏛️ Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. In case of dispute, both parties submit to the courts of Málaga, unless consumer protection laws require otherwise.

10. 📌 Changes to the terms
Buenaley reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on the Website. Contracting a new service implies acceptance of the terms in force at that time.
